Hello there , i hope you guys help me here and i'm new ! , how to make a youtube masthead and publish it , i talked to google support they told me to go to doubileclick (it's a service to make advertisements) , i have to use GWD (Google Web Designer) to make but how to make one like this one in video masthead preview tool (google it)
