How to grow from 0?

Hi guys, I just uploaded a video and it seems like it won't catch views or anything, and youtube as far as I know promotes the big channels so I don't have a chance of even gaining the first impression from people, I mean: even if I have good content, good thumbnails and good titles - still nobody sees my videos in the first place.

So how can someone grow from 0 subscribers? (I actually got 7, after presenting myself here in the forum, but now I'm stuck), I can't find anywhere to share my videos, and I don't want to share it on my personal facebook because I have a 2nd channel in Hebrew, and it is pretty successful, so I know that if I'll share it, then the Israeli audience will come to this channel and I don't want it - because then, the community will be again the same people and the comments will be filled with Hebrew.

So where can I publish my videos, and how do I gain impressions in the first place? Thanks in advance, Ishay
