There have been a few threads on this forum discussing the drop in revenue on YouTube. Sponsorship has been mentioned several times as a good option for a second revenue stream, so I just wanted to flag up an excellent video that was posted yesterday on Tim Schmoyer's "Video Creators" channel. The video is called "How to get (and keep!) sponsors on your youtube channel".
Tim interviews a guy called Brandon Crocket, who manages the sponsorship of his daughter's channel. She has about 1.5m subscribers, but he talks at length about her journey from just a handful of subs and he gives some really excellent advice.
