Not necessarily really just post whenever you make something in the right subreddits.

ok so, do you think that Reddit can be a very precious resource right?
Because personally Facebook stuck and it is not very useful for a Youtube channel

Reddit is very very useful.
What is important is you follow the subreddit rules and you post in the right places.

It varies. it really varies.

Really depends where exactly you are posting and who you are posting to. For example we became fairly known in the payday 2 community due to me doing collaborations with some of the games developers. That gave us some good growth and subs in the beginning when we first started.

If you post your video with a snappy title people are likely to click and youll get views. If you post something like 'SUB TO ME PLZZZZZZZZZZ' People will just downvote you into oblivion.

yes of course, so if I post like

"My first funny video - Sub my channel to stay in touch"
"My first funny video - Sub my channel to get more"
"My latest production"

Do you think are these attractive?

I would suggest Title of the video like '*TITLE* - Short Film'
That will probably grab more clicks.

Not necessarily just do some research.

I usually post on the subreddit that's relivent but for example the subreddit 'Unknown videos' is for any video that has under 10k views.

the music subreddit is pretty good if you want to share music there, and there is also 'listentothis' which is for new music. :)
