hey.i have a question. i have watched many "how to install minecraft mods" videos and followed their instructions exactly and all seem to have a similer result. they either crash my game or just dont work or change the game in any way. and before you try to say i didnt delete meta-inf, im gonna stop you right there because i have and have been told that this is the answer to my problem millions of times. please give me some valid info that will help me. my minecraft version is 1.4.2 and i have tried advanced mods like the aether and all the way down to the simple-est like timber. none work. please help.
