How to add season and episode numbers to a video in official series playlist

How do you add series name, season number and episode number to a a video from specific series ? Please look a the picture below. Link to a tutorial video would be really nice. Thanks in advance

Sadly I dont know how to do this. but I have spent the last 3 months trying on and off to figure out how to do this...so if anyone does know how its done i'd be eternally grateful too!

They are called "shows" and I believe it's an "invite only" feature for big channels. I'm not even sure if this soption is still available. It's an old feature. The channel from your screenshot has 1.6 million subs and they started in 2012.
