How they did it?

I was wandering how some channels like watchmodjo, and so many other channels are using content from the movies and don't get banned for commercial rights? Also a lot of channels are creating motivational videos with content from movies and audio from people who are famous and are the voice of the video and all of these channels get monetized I don't have any idea how they do it can you help me understand this?

From what I can tell from "WatchMojo" or "TheRichest" Youtube channels they technically only really do Top 5's or Top 10's videos on their channel. All (or most) of their videos fall into the category of "Fair Use" for using said material. Every clip they show is less then 30 seconds as well. At least in America copyright law this is more or less okay since the amount of material used is within reason.

"The four factors judges consider are:

• the purpose and character of your use
• the nature of the copyrighted work
• the amount and substantiality of the portion taken, and
• the effect of the use upon the potential market."

I think all of the "Top 10" channels and things like it will dissapear soon.
Youtube appear to be heavily clamping down on duplication and if you're not the one shooting the original footage then you will not be able to post it or monetize it.
