Hello Everyone

How many seconds can a video clip be to a avoid copyright notice?

One of the things I do I do videos for kids with cancer.
I have my own set of Star Wars Clone Armor and I do shout outs for kids.
But I've like to avoid any copyright issues that might come my way.
So if I use video clips from Star Wars The Clone Wars series, how short would they have to be?
I would like integrate myself in my clone wars armor with footage from the show. I'm sure the kids will like that.
But I want to avoid any copyright notice like I said before.

I suppose I could use pictures instead of video clips but this kid is only 10 years old and I'd like him to feel excited when he see his video. So I'd rather not use the pictures if I can avoid it.

If your not sure what I mean by a Troop video I have a play list marked TROOP VIDEOS, I think you'll get the idea.

Offically - There is zero tollerance. Using 1 second is 1 second too long and if caught, the video will be demonetised + possible strikes etc
Unofficaly - I hear that you can 'get away' with up to 15 seconds. But its a risk that you take.

The sound a music will be flagged aswell.

Remember fair use only applies to:

-Criticism
-mock, satire, parody
-Educational, to teach

You might be closer to the parody, but not unless you are mocking or satirizing something relative to what you are using
(( EX: Storm troopers cant hit tagets -badum tss- ))
