how many forum do you post to promote your video?

I try to promote my videos on different forums, but not every forum welcome people to advertise their stuff there, so I post around 3-4 forums only, is it too few? should I work harder to post on more forums?

I post other places about cooking, my interest. I don't advertise my channel. However most let your name being clickable. I only go to places I like and plan on being a part of their community. Not trolling for views, they can smell that stuff right away. lol
