How long have you been with RPM for?

Actually it is a breach of my contract as the forums are in fact part of RPM's responsibilities as per my contract and are clearly spelled out as such in the contract! I respect your post and enjoy your channel, however, without having read my contract you have no way of knowing what is or is not a breach of contract for my contract.

It is odd that the old links work for Polaris/TGS partners but not for RPM partners. I have had no tracking at all on my old referral link and even went from having clicks before the change to having no clicks after the change.
Access to the forums is a privilege and not guaranteed in your contract. I encourage you to read your contract over.

I have read my contract. I am also very aware of what it says and that banning me from the forums is in fact a breach of my contract. Have you read my contract?

You see, Jess, section 1 of my contract "What Maker Does for You" subsection/paragraph d reads:

"provide access to our partner community"

So in the case of my contract access to the forums is Not a privilege but rather a guaranteed part of my contract.

Can you take this up via PM please thanks.

WOW seems like all the forums want to protect and hide the wrong doings of RPM!

Nice to see this forum is in favor of protecting the networks rather then the YouTubers.

All he did was ask if you could take it to PM. He didn't say you would be banned if you didn't. It was just a simple request. It's up to you if you want to comply.

Also be aware that buried in your contract is this sentence "You agree not to make any disparaging or otherwise harmful statements regarding the reputation, good will or commercial interests of Maker, its employees and/or talent", so technically, you could be in breach of contract as well.

Forums are also governed by rules and your contract does not give license to break those rules.

Note: I am not parnered with Maker, nor have I ever been.

I appreciate your comment and yes that is in fact buried deep within my contract. However, since RPM wants to do nothing in regards to them breaching my contract I see no reason not to breach it myself in an effort to bring light unto the situation.

As for RPM forum rules go no one has been able to point out to me what rules I broke. This is in fact my main complaint in this hole (some what foolish) mess. I was never warned that I was violation the forums TOS. Then when I was banned I was never informed as to what rules of their TOS I violated and was banned for.

As many here are painfully aware it is an uphill battle for small channels to grow and get any kind of recognition. Then add that, as TDKPyrostasis pointed out, if gaming channels want to make any ad revenue we more or less have to be partnered with a network. When that network which feeds off of us small channels does a d**k move where are we suppose to call them on it? Seems that if we do it in the Private Partner forums (where it does no public harm) we get banned from said forum. If we do it in a public forum then we risk violating and breaching our contract in which it says we are not allowed to speak poorly of said network.

There are proper ways to go about giving criticism to your network and improper ways.

Only way you get banned off the forums is if your doing it in improper ways.

90% of the time trash talking your network anywhere is a lose lose situation. You lose because your network is going to be less inclined to help you and your network loses cause your trashing them.

If I were you and you had some legit issues, and atm it seems your more concerned with principles than you are with legit issues, Id wait out my 30 days and then get back on the forum and try your best to not get banned again. Utilize it for collaborations and other wise just stay off it.

ATM your spending a ton of time and effort you could be using to grow your channel to try and win a moral fight against rpm. Its your channel and your time spend it how you like. I'm just saying no reason to get all hell bent over a forum ban thats temporary.

You know I respect your opinion. However, I do disagree with you on this one. Maybe, just maybe, if more small channels stood up for their rights and fought the moral battles then less of these feeder networks would be walking all over their partners. In fact if more small channels joined up to send a message to YouTube then we would not even need to have to worry about these feeder networks. Yes, I realize that is more of a pipe dream then it will ever even come close to being a reality. Yet if no one speaks out then what is to stop the networks from doing more and more that is a direct violation and breach of our contracts?

I have never been one to just keep my mouth shout. Bottom line is I did contact support prior to posting here. As many small channels complain about support has yet to give me anything other then the good old "we'll look into it". So if RPM is a network that just wants a bunch of drones that never speak out against the establishment then I most certainly joined the wrong network.
