How long does it take to get payment?

I finally earned over a $100 in my adsense account and was just curious about how long it takes to get deposited?
 
The end of the following month.

Yeah but it took forever. I actually had 2 less subcribers last month when I finally earned over $100. I think my views started spiking when I put my channel link as my signature on imdb and started making more comments on other peoples videos. I also started sharing our vacation videos on tripadvisor forums.
