how long does chat last on premiere

how long does chat last on premiere before it becomes inactive and plays as a normal video.. Or can I turn it off after half hour etc? Thanks in advance for any help.

Basically its on until after the vid ends it becomes a regular

I did a few premiers and the people who join during the runtime are kind of in their own area. The chat can last forever until everyone logs out. The chat record will only save up to the point the video ends
