How long did it take for you to get 100 Subscribers?

A few weeks. I actually don't even remember how I got to 600+ subs since I went on a hiatus for almost 3 years. It's a good thing I still get views.

I think a month or two, but I did a lot of sub for subs..

I've heard that as well but in my experience so far, 100 - 1,000 has been the toughest period, primarily because not much changes at 100 and you realize that you now have a potentially long climb to 1,000. At 1,000 things seemed to pick up (for me at least).
