If your views increased a lot then there is nothing you did wrong.
You can't force AdSense to put ads on your videos.
You can't force companies that target your audience to have a budget for AdSense advertisement.
All you can do is creating advertiser friendly content on your channel and making sure people find it.

Not much higher compare to October or November. There's one day (only one day) the CPM was almost 90% higher than normal - then come back to lower rate.
