How Exactly Youtube Count 10,000 views For Monetization

Maybe if someone know how exactly Youtube count 10,000 views for monetization, because in my channel I have a video with 700 views, but in channel -> monetization tab my number of views are still 124

any explanation really appreciated

It goes up and down, depending on the month, So my answer would be that is really not a certain estimate on how much 10,000 views would be like. It also depends on what kind of ads that are showing as well!
But generally speaking it would be around 10 dollars.
It takes some time for it to update as well, so just be patient!

Well logically, it'd be the total number of views as reported on your "about" page.

I was recently monetized after hitting my 10,000 views. The view count on my "About" page was ALWAYS much higher than the count on my "monetization" page. I was alarmed, too. But they used the count on my "About" page to notify me that I was approved for monetization, and then the monetizarion page was updated shortly after with the total count.

Hope that helps. I'd go by the "About" page view count.
