How Do You Post Bulletins??

I remember a while ago on Youtube there was an option to 'post bulletins' now, I can't seem to find that option.......I'm not sure if they took it away or what? Would it be the same thing to just 'post a channel comment' on your own channel? Thanks guys!

Click the post button when on your channel!



Then Fill in everything then click POST!

there was a small period where the feature was not available when the whole panda thing started.

Honestly, I don't know what good it does. How many people look at the feeds for their subscriptions? I rarely do, and only for a couple I know post bulletins sometimes. They'll go unread, won't they?

i don't know, when i log onto YouTube the first thing thats there are the subscription feeds. Ive seen a few bulletins and have read them.
