How do you look at your active partner applications?

I applied for a Youtube partner named Digisay, but they're quite unresponsive, so I decided to apply for Omnia instead, but I cannot apply because I already had an active partner application pending. Does anyone know how to look at your active partner applications or withdraw them?

This shouldn't happen, is Digiday a subnetwork of Omnia Media? Networks should not know about eachothers applications.
