How do you get more subscribers?

I'm very new I don't know where I get subscribers from is some one could offer some onsite that would be appreciated
 
There's really no set way to get them. You can start by posting your vids to your social media pages and tell your friends to sub. Also, stay consistent and post videos and people will trickle in slowly. Depending on what you are doing your vids on, find where your audience is hanging out at on the web. The list goes on and on but it's a start.
 
Well there's really no way of gaining subscribers besides producing quality content that grabs the viewer's attention. Just keep being creative and think outside of the box. It's also through connection/networking. Reach out to people and introduce your channel or what not. It's hard to gain an audience now-a-days because of how similar video contents are on Youtube... Anyways good luck
 
Is 12 subscribers and 1200 channel views in a 23 days a good pace? I just started youtube and I don't really understand the community.
 
Keep going. I've seen a ton of channels that give up after a few months and a couple hundred subs. It can take a long time to build an audience, and here and on other communities, I've heard from tons of larger channels who have been at it for years to build up tens of thousands of subs.
