How do I get subs and views?

Yeah it is very hard to get subs, we have been going for over 2 months and have less than 200 but some people make a great video and get thousands!!!

The sharing and promoting part is what I need help with. Any advice on how to get them out there?

Not really to be honest, share on social network sites, on here and comment on other peoples videos

There's no secret or trick that will get you loads of subs and views. You just have to put out the best content you can and subs and views will come along. You must also be patient as well because getting subscribers takes a LONG time

Make good content. No, scratch that, makes GREAT content. Put your best effort into your videos.
Also, share videos via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, YTTalk, or any other website you can find.
That's all I have to say. I only have 16 subs, so I'm not an expert, but I think it is good advice.
