How do big channels avoid copyright strikes?

Man the actual thought of copyright claims is like terrifying to me. I was so scared of them, that I completely removed an unlisted video that got copyright id claimed (not copyrighted but the word copyright was in there and it spooked me so bad hah!)

so.....what is the general consensus or actual definition in legalese? is the mariahxlambily channel within fair use? i got at least two alternating opinions.

Still, the Beach Boys don't mess around...he's lucky to not get a strike.

He could have bought a license or been asked to use it given his influence ability.
