How can I start from scratch?

Hi everybody!

I just started a new channel and I'm wondering how I can grow it. Basically, I have no twitter followers nor facebook friends that would likely share my gameplays, so I will need to grow on several platforms at once. What would be the best option? I've been researching on tags, and some of my videos are actually nicely ranked (and I only started a couple of days ago). In any case, I'd appreciate any tips you would have that could help me :)
