Tips That helped me
#1 If someone comments something nice on your video comment something like "thank you"
#2 Add tags, End screens, and good thumbnails to your videos
#3 Have fun making videos and don't just do It for the subs, etc
#4 Pick 1-2 Days to upload each week
#5 Go comment nice things on other youtube videos (only if you watched their videos and like them) who knows they might come check out your channel
