How can I grow from 10k?

hi so I have just under10k subs and was wondering how I could grown from now, my subs go down every time I upload due to the weird let's unsub inactives that youtube like to do. At the moment I'm losing more than I gain so need a way to start growing again, I'm a FIFA youtuber so should I try and vary content? Any advice is appreciated
