How Can I Better My Vlogs?

I've noticed that some of my vlogs get like a WHACK LOAD more traffic than the others...and since I'm a small channel it's really noticeable when one video gets 37 views while others get like 200 views or something like that.

I just want to know, if there are any better vloggers than I am even if you're a smaller vlogger, may I have some tips? It will be GREATLY appreciated.
