The last time I checked, plastic surgeons and certain law specialties were the highest paying, but that knowledge is largely useless. It takes far more than simply making a video related to a niche and tagging it. You still need to garner ample views from the right demographics and locations.
Not to mention, the niches that pay more are typically not popular ones. More often than not, you'd be better off with lower paying ads on videos that everyone watches instead of higher paying ads on videos targeted to a very small group... ie, would you rather make $50 CPM and only get 1,000 views a month or $1 CPM and a 100,000 views a month?
