I commented this a little while ago on your profile but I do have questions:

What strategies did you utilize to get to 22,000 subscribers?
What tools did you use?
What do you think is your channel's best asset?

First is was dayly uploads and now a can slow down now i get 50/100 subs a day i use tubudy its a great thing! I post trending vids and challenges/react just what i like to do but in the start i think just make 1 type of vid than you can make others when u grow
 
Maybe you can give me some advise.

I uploaded this morning and thus far 3 views on YT. Right after the uploaded completed I shared it everywhere including FB. Now facebook shows how many people saw the post. As its stands now the FB post has 10 views. So how or what can I do to have a better conversion rate from social media post views to YT channel views?

Do you use Adwords?
If not, how do you know which ones are the best tags?
Or perhaps you just use tubebuddy?
 
OK here's my question:
if I play a YouTube video in the middle of the forest but there's no one to hear it, does it sound?
