Hello,
I have videos on YouTube, created myself but I haven't had any document because I am just a small YouTube user.
Recently, I found on YouTube that someone has re-uploaded my videos, almost all of my videos on their channels and monetized them.
I want to submit copyright strike on those videos but I afraid they can submit a notification counter against my strikes, and YouTube restores those videos back.
Can anyone help me?
I wonder if someone can submit the notification counter on re-uploaded videos infringement or not?
Thank you

Just Flag the video, YouTube will view and see that these videos do not belong to him and remove them and possibly even terminate his account.

^-- pretty much what he said. It's not actually a matter of Copyrights, it's against the YouTube ToS to re-upload somebody else's content.

Well that's what you have to deal with. You either want to try and get them taken down or leave them up, make your mind up.
