So I want to make a story commentary, like Luna, cause I have an actually good story, and I don't want to use free to use gameplay, because I feel like I'm not legit. My computer is a potato, so I can't make my own gameplay. Can you guys tell me what else I can put in the background? I tried doing animations, but that just takes waaay to long. Thanks guys.

Could you maybe put in images that fit in well with the story that you're telling?
Not sure what Luna is, but it sounds like you just want to tell a story, in which case this is a great idea. Little visuals to help the reader would be totally great, and images that you made yourself (if you're an artist) would be awesome and crazy unique.

The right images and maybe some factoids on the side is a best practice that I've some podcasters use. Be informative and relevant, kind of like a Michael Crichton novel.

Console? Maybe invest in a capture card, and record your console. If not, then mix both stock images from google, and animation.
