Hi,

Last week I signed a 2-year contract with Fullscreen.

Unfortunately, pretty soon after signing I changed my mind, but when I contacted Fullscreen support and asked to terminate the contract, they basically ignored my request and said I should wait some more.

Has anyone here had a similar experience? Were you able to terminate your contract?

Two years seems a long time to wait if you are not happy.

Thx

welcome to the yttalk forum new member. If you don't mind me asking why do you want to terminate your contract with fullscreen?

You signed a contract. They don't have to terminate it, it goes two ways

If a 2-year contract seemed long to you, why did you sign it? I'm also curious as to why you want to leave Fullscreen.

Why would you want to leave, fullscreen is amazing. And pretty much your only requirements are to upload a couple vids a month, which isn't too hard.

Thanks for the replies!
I wanted to leave because my earnings seem to have fallen to maybe 70% (after the revenue split) of what they were when I had AdSense. I know its still at an early stage, but I kinda panicked when I saw that.
Are your earnings less with Fullscreen compared with AdSense? By the way, so far I have found the email support at Fullscreen to be great - quick answers and all that. It's just they weren't too keen on me leaving so fast :)

The closest time you can prob get out is about a month before your first year with fullscreen. Atleast from my understanding that's how most of the fullscreen contracts work. Also since we join them we have done better then with just Adsense.

There are times when we will agree to mutually terminate a contract but you've only been with us two weeks. In the long run, your earnings will grow, and exceed adsense, as your channel continues to grow. Take part in Gorilla campaigns to make extra money and make sure you're making content that advertisers want to advertise on. Just focus on making the best content possible and the money will follow. Good luck and keep up the hard work!

Hi Austin,

My issue is not related to this discussion, but I was wondering if you could please help. I want to cancel my contract with fullscreen after 6 months because I'm not getting any benefits promised originally by the rep, and the revenue split is pretty high. I've tried to speak to the rep, but he's been rude, then he stopped responding to my emails. Please help me. I was promised 24/7 customer support when I signed up, and I'm not getting any customer support at all at this point.

To be honest, after talking to my rude rep, I just want to be out of the contract, I really don't need to be treated like this and pay the fee to fullscreen on top of that.

Please could you help? I would truly appreciate that.
