HELP ME! Where can I get better? What I am doing wrong?!

So I still feel a bit insure about:

- Logo
- Channel Art/Banner
- Thumbnails

What can I improve and how can i improve?

I actually find your channel banner to be a bit dry.
By that, I mean that it doesn't catch my eye very much. However, it is very well done!
Your thumbnails seem to be very well at catching my attention, however. They give an explication of the video (visually) and look pretty inviting.

Thanks for the reply! I really like my banner but as you say it feels a bit dry! I don't know what a should do but will think on it!
