First off all read yttalk forums Read topics and posts in them a lot of useful.Use your brains read and think, except for you, nobody will do this.Unfortunately, but the magic button does not exist as a universal answer. Your channel is sure to succeed if you really want it

You are doing NOTHING wrong. Looks like you just started your channel with only 4 videos so you cant expect subscribers to come running to your channel. Like I said you are doing nothing wrong but there are things you can do better, like landing-page and thumbs as someone mentioned. But the most important thing is to make great content. Good luck with your channel
