Have you ever sat down and thought

"Okay, in order to grow I need to do this and this.. and here's why it'd work."

I have, but never got around to it. Basically I just take it one week at a time. I plan what I need to record and when to upload it. That is just about it. Occasionally updating the look of my channel and stuff, but nothing like a major schedule or anything.

Totally, I have a few endeavors I currently on and I'm bulding business plans for at least 2 at the moment.

To detail the plan wpuld be somewhat loong...but on is oriented to theatrecompanies and the other to SW development.
