has claiming changed?

I've just noticed i cant claim a video after uploading anymore ( when partnered you need to do this )

Has it changed or is yotuube just playing up?

There has been multiple threads on this, and it's happening to everyone. It is either a glitch, or YouTube is getting rid of "claimed". Either way, it does not effect your channel, or earnings in any way.
