Has anybody dealt with 'The District' Music Network?

I was thinking about joining a Network, I run a small music promotion channel on YouTube but its growing fairly quickly, I seen other promotion channels in a similar niche but with a bigger following as me using 'The District'.

I was wondering if they actually do something for you to help you grow and I have not seen any reviews for it neither.
