Other Guys I need help on how to get a fanbase?

Hey guys it's Austin, I'm back with another question. So I started doing YouTube channel to create and share my videos but it just seems like i can't get a fanbase to start! I've been doing YouTube for a month now, and I wanted some help. I just want some feedback on what some of you guys are are doing and how well it works!

Hey man. I searched for your channel and checked out your stuff and first note I have to make is that the games your playing are highly saturated markets - Call of Duty and Rocket League I mean. Your stuff is good, it's entertaining, but the point I'm trying to get across is that for you to compete in those markets you need to have extraordinarily amazing content or be MLG level good. The idea is "What can I provide to viewers that they can't already get on anyone else's channel?" cause that's going to be the difference between them watching you or someone else. That's why it's easier to do this with lower saturated games that not a lot of people make content on.

Most people will only see one of your videos and judge the rest by it and i am no exception. I saw ur COD shovel video and man i was bored to be honest, soft piano music and you're reactions were as exciting as waiting for the grass to grow. Got to give it some more energy or try something different. See channels like Donkey to get an idea of what you need to aim for.

"How to grow my channel?" questions like this are too general and this question has been asked and answered lots of times already. Since the answers don't really change, these threads get locked. Otherwise the forum would be full of them.
