Hey Guys I Have A AMD 6850 And I Record Minecraft On It But I Used To Have A AMD 5450 And I Get More Lag With My 6850 Than I Did With My 5450 Can Anyone Tell Me Why And What I Could Do To Get Rid Of The Lag Please

How much RAM does your system have and what CPU? I used to run Minecraft on my old 5770 perfectly fine with no lag although I wasnt hardcore into the game and your card is better than that

8gb of ram but i think my computer only will use 4gb for some reason and i am running 64 bit and i have a amd phenom x4 ii 840

I aint so sure then, if you have your drivers installed and that machine then you would think it would run Minecraft of all games fine, how is it with higher end games? Do you get lag in those? If not then it could be Minecraft causing this or the install of it.

It only lags when i record thats the problem and i lags in any game when i record but i can play on it with out recording and get 90fps on minecraft and call of duty 4

I haven't got much experience with that, can you increase or decrease the recording frame rate? I think you should be able to, try tweaking it if you can and check if it helps
