Google sent me this email with no reasons or backup

i got this email;

We have disabled monetization on your account as a result of multiple copyright strikes and/or worldwide Content ID blocks. You will not be able to regain monetization for six months and your account must be in good standing.

but when i clciked the link i had ZERO videos with copyright strikes or anything it says in the letter

who do i email or call to resolve this?[DOUBLEPOST=1380655101,1380654841][/DOUBLEPOST]i have no monetization option, but adsnse account is still counting views and when you click on my vids there are ads

can anyone explain or show me the right direction?

my community guidelines, copy right strikes and id claims are all green and in good standing?
my monetization is red and has been disabled

try see if there is any copyrighted material on your channel, if not, send them an email explaining

Which email address did the mail come from? I've gotten stuff like those but from PayPal instead, turned out to be a scam coming from a email address of a weird East European PayPal look a like.

You don't. If you're getting 15,000 hours of watch time in the past 90 days then you are eligible for direct contact with Google, otherwise you need to find the appropriate form within the help centre.
