Are you asking how they are written in the signature? If so, people add them individually. Some people just like to set a goal and make it public

If you're asking how do they promote themselves in order to reach the goal, well that's an individual thing hehe.

I think you just write it in yourself then change the colours to do it, not much behind it so like

Subs: 400/500 Views: 40,000/50,000

I just wrote it in my signature, something as a stretching goal to hopefully reach before a certain date

Try to set realistic goals when you set them. Sometimes its hard to reach them but you gotta do your best.

I have a lot of goals but I just do youtube as a recreational thing. So I haven't made any youtube related ones. After reading this, I decided to reconsider. It's not related to the thread but thought I should say something anyways.
