How do you get aid for youtube videos?

Do you think its right that people get paid for youtube videos?

YouTube lets you use Adsense to make money from them providing you dont have any copyrighted material in your videos. You will be invited to start making money on them which varies from channel to channel as to when.

I see no problem with people getting paid to make videos, its usually something they love doing too so it gives them incentive to keep going.
