I'd do funny moments or montages for those games. Try to get a group of people to do it with as well.
You could try to complete a GTA mission you've never played before or one that you haven't beaten yet, or maybe just one you've been avoiding because maybe you can't stand some missions (flying?), and then record it in real-time as you try to complete it. That might be interesting.
