I do gameplay videos with myface involved aswell. Recordprog for game: FRAPS// Webcam+voice is recorded in WMM(Windows movie maker), and i edit the whole thing in Adobe Premiere

Fraps is the best option if your computer can handle it.

Fraps, and BandiCam I personally use Fraps. If you have Fraps you don't have to worry about commentary programs, because Fraps allows you to record from your mic while picking up the game audio. (Just be warned though most PC capture programs save the files as AVI which eats up HDD space pretty fast. Just a friendly warning )
