I use Adobe After Effects for those 
pretty simple to do it there. you can see an example on my song "Silver Wings" on my channel. it's awesome because you can customize them anyway you want, colours, shape, brightness etc. and you don't have to spend a lot of hours to understand how it is done, because it's basically just a couple of mouse clicks
