I assume everybody on this site either has a job and do youtube as a hobby or are too young to have a job.
pretty sure nobody here is living from youtube yet.

When I still worked at my day job full time, we uploaded weekly then started doing 2 per week. It wasn't easy doing that while working full time. I quit my day job in 2014 and have been doing YouTube full time since then. Now we upload daily.

I do it and it hurts.....but I like the pain :) But seriously, it's hard as hell to be really trying at Youtube while also trying to succeed at your full-time job. Just keep pushing, just keep pushing, just keep pushing pushing pushing, WHAT DO WE DO WE push push, OH HO HO HO! I applaud those that get the reference....

I have a full-time job and 3 channels and I'm married lol. Animation, vlogging, and a behind the scenes. It's tough but doable. I think of ideas and plan while I'm at work whether it's concept, script writing, or storyboarding.

Youtube is still just a lovely hobby for me. I'm kind of used to creating art for just for inspiration's sake. I still have my full time job but don't mind too much. We make a pretty nice life for ourselves with what we have. Can't complain. ^-^

I think if you are just a beginner then you need some sort of "sure" income in order to be able to create videos. Of course depending on your content, but for me, it would be impossible to make videos without income. So I am full-time scholarship student + YouTuber lol :D

I heard though now you should upload every day to grow :( For me, I used to, but I'm so small it didnt matter haha.. How long did it take for your channel to take off?[DOUBLEPOST=1493746893,1493746553][/DOUBLEPOST]

There are a TON of people making a living of off youtube! Yay, I agree ask Ryan ToysReview or any large channel! Some make millions! I would be happy with thousands lol

I have a full time job, as a Registered Nurse in Sweden, and earn a decent living!
I do Youtube as a hobby and a means to do some traveling, because if it were´t for youtube, I wouldn´t have traveled as much that I have. I have enjoyed my time so far and will certainly enjoy traveling more!
