Fraps recording on Blops 2

So whenever i try to record off theatre or right at the game, and when i take a look at the video in the Fraps folder, the video lags alot. Does anyone know what's the problem? It doesn't lag while recording.

Sorry but that made it only laggier, it was like a bunch of pictures being changed every second.

hmm im not sure then because an average video is supposed to be 60 fps but if it makes it lag more maybe its your computer not being able to handle it

I have i7-2600k CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.70 GHz and 8GB RAM

I think the problem may be in Media Player, i tried watching in VLC player and it didn't lag like like that in there, only in some parts it did, but mostly was smooth.

try a different media player then have u tried windows movie player
