First Month! Are we doing okay?

Okay me and my friend started a channel about a month ago.

We're kinda new to the whole thing and so far we have 17 subscribers and 348 views. We're impressed with this But is there any advice to help us maintain the growth because it seems that we have little bumps in subscribers and then suddenly we'll get hardly any views and no subscribers for a few days?​
