Fastest ways to get monetized

Hey guys!! I'm new here and I'd like to know the fastest ways i can get monetized and also have my adsense application approved.

The next question now is how do I grow my channel. I get more views than subs. It's a few days old tho but I'm really concerned.

If your channel is only a "few days old"; you are panicking for nothing. Use your social network accounts to raise awareness of your channel's existence. Remember also that the 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours in the past 365 days only entitle you to a Compliance Review. Those milestones are no guarantee that your channel will be approved for monetization by YouTube.
