I found out a lot of the non certified third party can make content ID claim on the video they think interesting, some of them doesn't even have a channel, basically if your video being claimed = your video is dead, ya sure we can dispute, but only 40% of the third party outside will handle your dispute, what if they don't? 30 days, I guess we all know what happen to that particular video after 30 days, its no longer attractable/popular, I really hope Google will have some mechanism on this, shorten the dispute period maybe?
