Facecam vs Gameplay

Hello i can't deciade if I should use facecam or gameplay as background for my channel, can some of you look at one facecam video and one gameplay video and reply witch one you enjoyed more?

I really feel a facecam helps make a video much more engaging.

Unless you're doing a comedy fast transition video. Then it wouldn't be good.

Also for video game reviews that do lots of editing you wouldn't want to use a facecam like GggManLives.
