I want to meet someone that is experience with youtube and that is willing to teach me some of the stuff because I want to get it right the first time.
 
I've got years upon years of experience and I've got some free time hah, I'd be willing to help you.

With all these new changes to YouTube, the most important thing now are a thumbnail and a title.
Because lets be honest, everyone clickbaits these days.
 
do you think because of the new changes of youtube people wont want a channel anymore because of the way the new pages look like?

Umm, lol.

Those weren't the changes I was referring to.

I don't think anyone minds the "new" layout, honestly I think it's a lot better.

@Derekbbb - This is not what the collaboration forum is for. Please read the rules for this section in the header.

There are plenty of sub-forums and threads that talk about growing a channel but asking people to mentor you and answer all your questions isn't a reasonable request. You have to do the work and find the answers yourself. I'd suggest you start by doing a lot of reading before asking any questions :
