Elgato Mess Up

Whenever I record a video from my legato, it now has a black rim around the recording telling me it's no longer in 1080p but in 720, but when I click 720 it's smaller. Any advice?

I had that issue once before, All I did was reset the setting back to default and it started working like a charm, the downside to this is that all my scene got erased and I had to put them back. I also unplugged the USB from the computer for a bit ( I'm assuming that you are using one of the external Elgato like H60 or H60s). Hope that helps
